Technical Properties
MORTEX® REPAIR CONCRETE – is a gray powder made of cement, selected silica aggregates, and modifying additives. The product is used as a fast-setting and compact repair mixture for concrete and masonry, depending on the mixing liquid and aggregates used.
Mixing with BEALCRYL 2 allows for various types of repairs without changing the base mixture, thus reducing overall repair costs.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor work, above-ground and underground structures.
- Semi-professional repairs of reinforced concrete structures.
Repairs up to 2 liters of concrete or masonry.
For larger repairs, up to 50% of crushed stone (3–8 mm) can be added.
Fast surface leveling up to 10 mm thick.
Quick floor leveling when prolonged downtime is not possible (walkable after 1 h, full load after 24 h).
Fast-setting repair plaster at low temperatures (5–10 °C).
Small volume repairs (<1 l).
Filling gaps between walls and floors before waterproofing.
Repairing small cavities, air bubbles, and formwork defects.
Quick anchoring of posts and fence supports.
- Mineral, non-toxic, eco-friendly.
Waterproof, yet vapor-permeable.
Very good adhesion.
Fast hardening and compactness.
Easily moldable after initial hardening (~20 min).
No need for formwork for many repairs.
Washable with water until hardening.

- The substrate must be mineral, solid, clean, non-crumbling, free of dust and grease. Recommended cleaning with high-pressure water, shot blasting, or sandblasting.
- Before work, the surface is dampened, but without standing water.
- For concrete repair, it is necessary to remove all damaged concrete and rust from the reinforcement.
- Mixing can be done manually or with a slow-speed mixer (400–600 rpm). Mixing liquid – water or BEALCRYL 2.
- Additives RBE3 (for retardation) and FBE3 (for fluidity) can be used, but never together.
First – contact layer (slurry).
Next – repair "fresh on fresh".
Layers: 15 mm (with water) or 30 mm (with BEALCRYL 2).
It is recommended to use BEALCRYL 2.
Up to 50% aggregate can be added.
Final layer – without aggregate.
Always mix with BEALCRYL 2.
Maximum layer – 10 mm.
Mix with 50% aggregate.
After pouring, the post is leveled and held until initial setting.
- The mixture mixed with water outdoors must be moistened or covered.
- With BEALCRYL 2 – moistening is only required in dry weather, wind, or direct sunlight.
- Tools are washed with water until hardening.
- If it starts to harden – soak for 30 min.
Protect from rain, sun, wind, and cold.
Do not use on surfaces with salt contamination.
Do not use if the temperature <5 °C within 24 h after application.
- Contains lime, cement, silicates.
- Protect respiratory tract, skin, and eyes.
- Use gloves, if necessary – wash with water.
Dispose of waste at specialized collection points.
